I’m an Organisational and Coaching psychologist with a decade of experience helping leaders shape cultures where people can thrive. I founded Value Work Ltd. to support organisations that care deeply about their impact and the people who make it possible.
My approach blends evidence-based psychology with practical leadership insight. Whether I’m working alongside executives to strengthen psychological safety, guiding teams through change, or co-designing leadership frameworks, I bring clarity, curiosity, and a calm, systems-informed perspective.
I’ve held senior roles in complex public sector environments and now consult across sectors. My focus is always on what creates genuine value: trusting relationships, courageous leadership, and work that supports both performance and wellbeing.

Meet Lydia, she is a seasoned organisational psychologist and coach. With a Master's in psychology and business, she brings over 15 years of experience in professional services and HR consulting. As a New Zealand Registered Psychologist and Chartered Organisational Psychologist, Lydia is dedicated to collaborating with leaders and professionals for positive change. She's also a skilled facilitator, certified executive coach, and adept at using psychometric tools. Lydia's dynamic approach makes her an invaluable associate of Value Work, committed to fostering growth and transformation in organisational dynamics and human potential.
